- Is this Shopify?
- No. Shopinext is a multi-tenant platform you host. Each merchant gets a storefront, admin, and optional Android app.
- Do I need Razorpay keys on day one?
- No. Checkout records a test Paid order until Superadmin (or the tenant, BYOK) pastes Razorpay keys.
- Can I use my own email and SMS?
- Yes. Settings → Integrations: Use Shopinext or paste Brevo / MSG91 / WhatsApp / Maps / Razorpay keys.
- How do custom domains work?
- Copy two DNS records, Check connection, set primary. Production HTTPS is Let’s Encrypt on the VPS (aaPanel runbook).
- What about GST?
- Optional GSTIN on the store adds 18% at checkout. Products can store HSN. Orders have a print invoice.
- Is there an iOS app?
- Not in v1. Android white-label is in admin. iOS is listed as later.
