Shopinext provides software to run stores. You are responsible for catalog, GST filings, and customer data. Platform keys (Razorpay, Brevo, MSG91) are used only when you choose Use Shopinext or paste your own. Demo passwords are not for production.
Account email, orders, and addresses live in your database. Session cookies are first-party. Integration providers receive data only when a live key is configured (order email, SMS, payments).
